Need urgent feedback PLEASE re: delivery of JR PASS

I received confirmation yesterday that my ticket is ready (Your order #2567107) but it states we only arrive on the 19th at Narita airport, Japan, whilst we land on Wed thec18th already at 19h30 , at Narita airport, Tokyo.

The message also said they would courier the documents but these will not arrive in time at my home address in South Africa, so I replied and asked them to courier it to the JR Pass office at Narita but I see now there is no such office.

I have had n rresponse and emailed twice.

I am collecting my Wifi Package at the airport. CAN IT BE COURIERED THERE INSTEAD?

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY.
