Need urgent feedback PLEASE re: delivery of JR PASS

I received confirmation yesterday that my ticket is ready (Your order #2567107) but it states we only arrive on the 19th at Narita airport, Japan, whilst we land on Wed thec18th already at 19h30 , at Narita airport, Tokyo.

The message also said they would courier the documents but these will not arrive in time at my home address in South Africa, so I replied and asked them to courier it to the JR Pass office at Narita but I see now there is no such office.

I have had n rresponse and emailed twice.

I am collecting my Wifi Package at the airport. CAN IT BE COURIERED THERE INSTEAD?

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY.

Unfortunately, the pickup option is currently not available for tickets purchased through JRPass.com.

Our support team have also replied to your email so please kindly let us know how you would like to proceed.
