I ordered online the JRPass earlier today, Sep. 27, 2025. Our trip to Japan is on the 30th of September. So i opted to have the JRPass delivered to our hotel in Fukuoka. I typed the hotel name, address correctly, except that instead of Japan an automatic country Philippines was typed. I must have overlooked it. What shall i do to correct the country of delivery?
I have already emailed the JRPass support team.

Thank you Daniel for the reply. Sorry, but they haven't responded as of this time, September 29, 2025, 5:59PM.
Our flight is tomorrow, 4am to Fukuoka via Manila from Cebu. With the rectification process and the shipment of the same Pass to Japan, I fear I will receive the Pass in Japan on Thursday, the earliest. We will be going back to Cebu, Philippines on Monday, October 6. WITH NO CHOICE LEFT, I have to cancel my order and will respectfully request for a refund.
Any steps on the request that I will do Daniel? Please help.
