Would like to visit Hitsujiyama Park of Chichibu Park in Saitama, How do I travel or train stations to board in Takayama and which train staion to disembark to go to the Park? Can't find information on accomodation in this area, so can you recommend? Thank you.

Hi there!
You'll need to go back to Tokyo to get to Hitsujiyama Park (here's an itinerary). For the last step you'll have to use a non-JR line, but it's relatively cheap.
I recommend you go there as a day trip from Tokyo, but if not there is a variety of hotels listed here that may be suitable.
