Picking up/activate JR Pass

Hello Daniel-san! Party of 2 will be arriving into Haneda 10/15. Flight arrives into Haneda around 2000. I noticed that the JR East Japan Travel Center is open 0645-2000. The Tourist Information Center is open 0600-2300.

Will I be able to do my exchange order and activate at the Tourist Information Center at the airport all together? Also can I request at that time to activate the 7-day starting 10/19 (traveling from Tokyo to Osaka to Kyoto and back to Tokyo) until 10/25?
