Japan Rail Pass info

Hi,
Recently i purchased tickets to fly from Berlin to Tokyo next year in April , when the cherries blooming in Japan.
i would be interested in buying a Japan Rail for 7 days as i would want to see several city's across Japan like 1 day trips and i want to ask if the pass will cover them.
i will stay 8 days in Tokyo and i want to travel to:
day 1 - Tokyo - Yokohama ( return same-day)
day 2- Tokyo - Nagoya ( return same-day)
day 3 - Tokyo - Osaka ( return same-day)
day 4 - Tokyo - Hiroshima ( return same-day)

For all this days i saw that is a train which leaves at 6 AM and coming back to Tokyo during the evening as most of them are covered under the the tokaido shinkansen line.
would all this trips be covered under the 7 days Japan Rail Pass?

And can i use it from NRT to my hotel which will be very closed to Tokyo Station(like 1 km away) .

thank you very for your support.

i wish you all a nice day and i cant wait to visit and discover Japan.
