Narita to Hiroshima in JR Pass

From Narita to Hiroshima with a Japan Rail Pass, you should aim to get the Narita Express in to Tokyo station, and then change there for a Hikari bullet train to Shin-Osaka. At Shin-Osaka you can change to either a Sakura or Hikari bullet service to take you down to Hiroshima. Here's a sample itinerary for you.
