Seeking advise 7‑day JR Pass route: Tokyo - Osaka - Mt Fuji - etc

Hi,

Im coming to japan and will reach Narita airport on 27 Oct.

Day 1 - Will head straight to Osaka
Day 2 - planning to go Nara (Nara Park) and Kobe on the same day
Day 3 - Universal Studio
Day 4 - sightseeing in Osaka (moving around by bus or train)
Day 5 - Osaka to Shin Fuji/ Hakone (still contemplating where to stay) since i want go gotemba outlet
Day 6 - Fuji area/ Hakone (still contemplating where to stay)sightseeing in this place
Day 7 - head back to Tokyo Shinjuku

Can share which is the recommended pass to buy and how do i move around in those cities?
You can also recommend a better idea to manage the places of interest.
