Depend on Time or date

HI there,

The JR Pass depends on date and not time I'm afraid. This means that if you activate it on the 29th of Jan the last day of use will be the 4th of Feb - I'm afraid you won't be able to use it on the 5th. However, the good news is that you will be able to use it to travel from Sapporo to Tokyo overnight provided you board your transport before 12pm on the 4th.
