Is it possible to receive JR pass at the airport of arrival in Japan because delivery date is late?

I ordered my JR pass for two weeks for 2 persons 10 days before coming to Japan,
the next day they asked me for confirmation that I made the payment and all the details.
the next day they sent me the status that they had sent JR pass to my address and the shipment details.
I am going from Bali to Tokyo with direct flight, but they sent the JR pass from London.
JR pass will come 16 of April to Bali, I will be in Tokyo morning 16th of April.
Plese advise me how to do in this situation.
Is there any opportunity to receive JR pass at the airport of arrival?
