What the faster way to yuzawa from Haneda airport

You could take the first train out of Haneda from 5:50.

The route would look like something like this. Note that the JR Pass office won't be open that early at Haneda Airport (7:45-18:30). However you could already travel to Tokyo station and exchange the JR Pass there (open 7:30).

Did you look at the Yuzawa website?
And are you using a JR Pass? If so, and you are trying to activate you pass, the earliest you can do it at Haneda is 7:45 AM at the JR East Travel Service Center (Tokyo Monorail 2F Ticket Gate/Arrival lobby).
Then take the monorail to Hamamatsucho, and catch the JR train to Shinagawa. From there, you get on a bullet train to Omagari, and transfer to the Ou line that goes to Yuzawa.
