What to order?

Hi

My first time in Japan and a bit confused of the train pass options. We go to Tokyo, stay 4 nights, then 2 days in Takayama, proceed to Osaka 3 days, then Hiroshima and finally Fukuoka, which passes will be optimal for us? All travel by train internally in Japan.

And secondly, if Japan Rail is the best, will it be shipped physically to Denmark and arrive safely some days before departure on October 1st?
In case not, are there alternative ways to grap it?
