Is a 7 day JR Pass worth it?

Hello,

I am planning on traveling with 2 other friends to Japan for the first time and wanted to see if our itinerary was worth getting a 7 Day JR pass.

Here is a general outline of our itinerary:
Night 1 - fly into KIX Airport, stay in Osaka
Day 1 - take Shinkansen to Kyoto for a day trip, take Shinkansen back to Osaka
Day 2 - explore Osaka for a half day and then take Shinkansen to Tokyo
Day 3, 4, 5 - stay in Tokyo (will be exploring Shinjuku, Disney Sea, Shibuya)
Day 6 - take the train from Tokyo to NRT Airport
