Can I buy the JR Pass at the airport?

Hello,
We are planning a spontaneous trip to Japan in the next 2-3 days.

We are landing in Tokyo Narita then going straight to Osaka after landing. From what I can find, I have to order the JR Pass online and have the voucher delivered to me, then exchange the voucher for the pass at any exchange office.

Is it possible to just go to the office to buy a pass after we land at Narita? I don't think there is enough time for the pass to be delivered. One other option is for us to order the voucher online to be delivered to our hotel in Osaka then buy a one way Shinkansen ticket from Tokyo to Osaka and collect the voucher at the hotel then exchange it for a pass.
