Best Way to Travel

Hi we are a family of 4 (2 Adults, 1 Boy 13 Years of age and 1 Girl 7 years of age). We are visting Japan for our vacations. I would like to know what is the best way to tavel as per itenary below

Tokyo - 7th - 11th June (we are planning to take Passmo)
Tokyo - Kyoto - 11th-12th June (we are plannin gto take 7 day JR Pass)
Kyoto - Osaka - 12-17th June
Osaka - Narita Airport - 18th June

Can you please advise what all passes should we take for our intra and iner city travels.

Hi there,

A 7 day JR Pass is worth using for your trip. The cost a 7 day JR Pass is similar to the cost of a return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka using the Shinkansen. Now you get 7 days of unlimited travel for the same price :) Which you can also use for local JR lines, travel between Kyoto - Osaka and possible even a day trip :)
