Hi.
Travelling to Tokyo for 4days, then on to Kyoto for 4days, Hiroshima for 2 days, then Hakone for 2days then back to Tokyo for 1 night before coming home. What is our best train /s option passes to purchase.

Because of the way your itinerary is spread out, it makes the most sense to purchase your tickets individually, as that is what's likely to be your most cost-effective option.
