Meet and Greet/JR pass/Suica Card

Hello. We want to sign up for the meet and greet and had a few questions:

  1. The website says "Our assistant will help you reserve seats according to your itinerary (in case of long queue, booking may only be done for the first day of use)." - does this mean you can only help us make one reservation? What if we want to make multiple reservations?

  2. Is it ok to buy the JR pass when we get there?

  3. Can the meet and greet person help us purchase a Suica card when we land and help us load money onto the card?

  4. We are arriving in Haneda airport Wed Nov 13 and I will book the meet and greet tomorrow, Tue, Nov 5, is this enough time?

Hi there,

If you a want to make multiple reservations while at the airport they will still assist you after the first one.

The JR Pass cannot be purchased anywhere in Japan, it either has to be purchased online or in some travel agents.

Yes, the meet and greet service will assist with the process of obtaining a Suica card if necessary.

Yes, that’s fine don’t worry, the meet and greet service is fine as long as you have booked some days in advance.
