Hello. I am trying to purchase a Japan Rail pass for myself and three other people.. we want to purchase the 14 day green pass. We arrive on Thursday of this week so I want to know if I can pick up the exchange voucher at Narita Airport instead of it being shipped to my address in the United States. If I cannot pick it up at the airport, can I have it sent to my hotel where we’ll be staying in Tokyo?

Hi there,
We do not offer pick-up at Narita Airport, but can deliver to your accommodation in Japan. Simply use that as shipping address when placing your order.
