Hi! I booked two JR passes the other day, but I made a mistake in one of the names and so I want to cancel the order. I've sent mails to support@jrpass.com but I haven't received any reply or confirmation yet. Could you please help me with this? Thanks!

Hopefully you've received a response by now and they've made the necessary amendments - our support team handles all queries related to existing JR Pass orders. If not, please email again as soon as possible, and I apologise for any delays or inconveniences.
