Don't know If I should even get the pass with my itinerary.

This will be my first time in japan and i dont know if it would be worth it to buy the jr pass.
My itinerary looks like this:
Land in haneda 9th october 2023.
suginami-ku 9th-13th.
sumida-ku 13th - 18th.
yokohama 18th - 20th.
osaka 20th - 24th.
may take day trips to kyoto as well as other places in kansai.
Then from osaka i was hoping to take the shinkansen back to tokyo to get to haneda to fly out on the 24th.
