Hi,
1. just want to confirm will a JR Rail pass cover all or most of JR Regional Pass Routes?
2. Will JR Rail pass (not regional pass) cover the route from Kumamoto to Nagasaki? Kagoshima to Miyazaki?
3. Can I get to Moji port (where the underground tunnel entrance is) from Kokura with a JR Rail pass?
4. I will spend a month before and 6 days after the cruise in Japan started/ended in Yokohama. which pass is best for me? I am planning to travel from Yokohama cruise port to Osaka- Kyoto-Tokyo.

3.) Yes, you can go to Moji Station and walk from there.

If you buy before the new pricing goes into effect on Oct 1st, then a 7-day JR Pass will help you make savings on this route. You can activate the pass at Yokohama or Shin-Yokohama stations.
