Hi there,
Because of the way your itinerary is structured it's likely that purchasing your tickets individually would be your most cost-effective option, but if you feel that a pass is best suited to your needs then a JR Pass would be your only realistic option as no one regional pass would cover your itinerary. Please note that the JR Pass only covers travel to Hakone up to Odawara Station.
