Travelling to Nagano, Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo

Just wondering whether the 7 Day JR pass will be worth it and when to use the JR Pass if I'm spending my travel to these area:

-Tokyo to Nagano (20 Feb) -Nagano to Iiyama return (20 Feb) -Nagano to Kyoto (22 Feb) -Kyoto to Osaka (24 Feb) - can we use the JR Pass for on the Kyo-train garaku? -Osaka to Nagoya return (25 Feb) -Osaka to Tokyo (27 Feb)
