Best pass(es) for my itinerary

Hi,
we are going to Japan for 3 weeks but staying first 10 nights in Tokyo to coincide with the World Championships Athletics. I am a bit uncertain about what pass (if any) would be the best for our itinerary:
Monday 22 September Tokyo - Matsumoto - Takayama
Tuesday 23 September Takayama - Shirakawago - Kanazawa (by bus)
Thursday 25 September Kanazawa - Nagoya
Friday 26 September Nagoya - Nakatsugawa (to walk part of the Nakasendo route) and then Nagiso - Nagoya
Saturday 27 September Nagoya - Kyoto
from Kyoto we plan on visiting Himeji and Nara
Thursday 2 October Kyoto - Kansai airport

I have been looking at the Kansai regional passes, but I am not sure any of them is really worth it.
