Hi, I arrive in Japan on Dec 27, 2023 and plan to buy 2 JR pass for adults and 1 for child. But I can not place the order due to December's calender in your website is gray out.
Please advice how to book, thank you.

Today I will purchase 1 week JR pass with old price
I plan to activate per December 27th to January 2nd
