Hello. Where is the JR PASS exchange office in Kagoshima? Is it open on Sunday? What are the opening hours?

Hi there,

The desk is found inside the station in the main area - it is easy to find because it'll be marked by a sign saying "Ticket Office". It is open 7 days a week and is open from 7:00 to 21:00.
