Hi all, I have submitted an order for JR pass on 27th Sep GMT. Can you please confirm all is ok and I will then receive the exchange order?
I want to make sure the issue date will be by this week as i will be in Tokyo on 27th - 28th Dec 2023 and need to know if i have to order a new exchange order or it's all ok and i don't need to worry i'll be left with no JR pass.

We will issue any orders placed by today and dispatch them at the start of next week.

You will have plenty of time before your departure to Japan.
