Is it possible to check if there are seats in Green class on Shinkansen routes for particular days and times from May 5 - 8. We are about to purchase JR passes

Hi there,

Yes, you can check on the website "Cyber Eki" or by contacting JR. The first is a Japanese website, but you can use Google Translate to check it.

Note that seats are only released 30 days ahead of time.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
