Hello,

UPS has delayed its delivery of the JRP voucher. Instead of delivering it on the 1st of November (as expected when I purchased the pass), it will now deliver it on the 3rd of November. However, my flight to Japan is today - the 2nd of November.

Could you please advise me on what to do? I’m thinking about ordering new passes to be delivered in Japan, and then asking for a refund of the original ones. Would that work?
