JR-Pass Confusion for Itinerary

Hello,
i struggle to find out, if we would profit from a JR-Pass in our travels, and if so, which one. It is a 21 day travel and I am thinking about a 21 day JR-Pass, 14 day JR-Pass with Hakone Free Pass or if just buying all separate ticket would be cheaper.

Our Itinerary:
2 day Tokyo
2 days Hakone
5 days Kyoto
3 days Osaka
2 days Okayama
2 days Hiroshima
4 days Tokyo

We copied it off from a website offering all inclusive trips but booked everything ourselves. They include a 14 day JR-Pass and a Hakone Free-Pass. I could see how that would work with our tour, but all websites with fare-checkers advise against buying a Pass.
I would appreciate someone to chime in with some help.
