I am reaching Kansai Airport by 4 PM of Day1. Desired to use use Nankai Airport Express to Namba and then subway train to Shin Osaka.
2 Day local sight seeing using subway/loop lines.
3rd day to Kyoto using JR Kyoto Rapid train.
4th day kyoto sight seeing.
5th day to Tokyo by Shinkansen Hikari train.
6th and 7th days Tokyo sight seeing and finaly to airport by 7pm of 7th day.
Please advice the Jr Railpass will hold good for all these.

Hi there,
In general a JR pass is only worth while if you make a return trip to Tokyo from Osaka via Shinkansen bullet train. As you intend to do a 1 way trip, I think the best course of action for you is to purchase separate tickets. You may want to look into the Surutto Kansai rail pass for use around Osaka/Kyoto. Although it does not cover JR lines, it does cover most other bus, subway and rail travel in the area.
