Can I buy my ticket in my arrival to Japan?

I'm afraid the Japan Rail Pass is only available for purchase outside Japan, and you must have the full Exchange Order to activate your rail pass in Japan. We can deliver to Japan, however this takes 3 working days minimum once we have dispatched.

I recommend you take a look at this [list of global agents], and try and purchase your rail pass locally before you leave.

Hi Andres - The safest option is to have you order delivered to your place of stay in Japan I think. This can take 3 days to reach Japan, so if you were to order today, we would dispatch tomorrow and your Rail Pass should be in Japan by Tuesday or Wednesday next week at the latest.
