Hi Daniel-san,

I've bought 2 14 day jr passes for use in Japan from the 28th of December 2023. As per your advice stated in another forum post, I bought the tickets for 30th November 2023 and have emailed the the JR support team [email protected] to change the date of use to 28th December 2023 immediately after the purchase, but have yet to have gotten a response. Should I be worried as the tickets typically ship out in 2 business days? Thank you.

We read all e-mails at the start of each business day (responses can take longer, depending on time involved), so there is nothing to worry about.
