Is it worth buying a 7 day Jr rail pass for end of September 2023

Hello, I’m going to the F1 race in the end of September and traveling from Tokyo to Nagoya for 3 days, then to Osaka for 2 days and finally to Kanazawa. Is it worth a JR Rail Pass for 7 days. Will be flying from Kanazawa, thus, my last stop. Thank you.

Hi there,

The fares are as follows:
Tokyo - Nagoya ¥ 10,890
Nagoya - Osaka ¥ 6,480
Osaka - Kanazawa ¥ 7,590

For a total of ¥24,960 - which is below the current cost of a 7-day JR Pass ¥ 29,650. In conclusion, I suggest normal rail tickets.
