Hi,
I will visit Japan on September 2018, and am about to order JRPASS online from this site.

My question is:
1. When should I purchase (online) the JR Pass if I want to travel on 18th September 2018?

  1. Does the booking code/ticket will be send to my Indonesia address? Or it will be send to my email (so I can easily obtain my ticket in Japan?) I raised this question because some web said that it will be send to your home country via FedEx.

Hi there,

1.) The ticket needs to be delivered by registered mail. As such I would recommend buying the pass at least 1 month in advance, even if it is just for your own peace of mind.

Kind regards,
Daniel
