I'm planning to go return from osaka to Kyoto, Kobe and other city around Osaka. Is there any limited train pass for it? Basically I will stay in osaka area and planning to go around using rail transportation. Thx.

Hi there,
It will depend on where in each city you will go. For travel around Kansai, you could look at a Kansai Area Pass. Other than that, there are local day passes available such as for the Osaka Subway or Kyoto bus.
