hello

I orderd 2 JR passes for 14 days and pay by creditcard. My question is how long does it takes to get a confirmaition email that the order is done.

I send an email to support 15 minutes ago still got nothing. there is nothing in spam. how can I check if everething is oke? can i call soomebody who can check if there is enything found in the system or something?
