for example my full name is John Doe but my ID fullname is John Doe Bin Steve Doe.
will that be a problem? if so can i change it before my trip it activates in 8 august

Hi there,
We do need your first and last name to be correct. If John is your first name and Doe is your last name and Bin Steve your middle or nickname, then it is fine. If they are part of your first/last name, then we'll likely have to issue a new pass for you.

as of writing this, exchange is on the way, do i have to do anything if i need to issue a new pass and will this be part of the cancellation protection?
