In this case, I suspect it will not make sense for you to purchase a 7 day pass (¥28,300). That said, lets check your costs (assuming Hakone as your destination for Mt Fuji via Odawara):

1. Tokyo > Odawara: ¥3640, (35mins, 83km)
2. Odawara > Osaka: ¥12270, (190mins, 472km)
3. Osaka > Kyoto: ¥540, (29mins, 42km)
4. Kyoto > Osaka: ¥540, (28mins, 42km)
5. Osaka > Kansai airport: ¥3140, (57mins, 64km)

TOTAL: ¥20130 for 5 legs

As you can see the plain ticket costs for your trip mean you should aim for tickets only rather than a rail pass. If you extended your trip with a return to Hiroshima however, then the 7 day pass would be the most economical choice.

can we also use JR pass from Narita airport to Tokyo station?
we are planning to travel to kawachugica (sorry if i spelt wrong) near mt. Fuji and then go back to tokyo the same day to get our luggage from hotel then travel to osaka!

im thinking maybe i should get the N'Ex and Suica card one way and then get the Kansai thru pass for Osaka and Kyoto. Becuase from your prev posts, i think the JR network is not very good for travelling around kyoto?
do you think that will be better for our travel and buy individual tickets?
