No email confirmtion has come through

Hi,

I have paid for our tickets, but no email confirming that has come through, despite it saying we'll get one in the next 'few minutes'.

Please advise.

Hi there,

Confirmation e-mails are dispatched right after you place the order. Check your spam folder just in case.

If not, there may be a possibility that there was a typo during your check-out. In that case, please contact our support with your name, correct e-mail, and order# if you have it.

We will then be able to locate your order and sent you the details.
