Pass has not arrived - and I have yet to receive tracking information.

Hi,

I ordered my JR pass on Monday July 10 and my flight to Japan is Friday July 14. I had read that it would arrive in 2 business days but I never received a tracking code and it still hasn't arrived. My boyfriend who is traveling with me ordered his 3 hours after me and already received his. My order number is: #1984542. Is there a way to provide me with shipping information? What are my options if the voucher doesn't arrive before my flight in 35 hours?
