I'll be at the Shinagawa staion,and wonder whether I can get on Nex to Narita directly, or I have to go to Tokyo station.Thx.

Hi there!

Yes, the Narita Express (N'EX) does stop at Shinagawa, so you will be able to take the train direct between Narita and Shinagwa.
