What's happen if we don't receive our vouchers before our departure

Hello,

We just ordered 4 JRPass and our flight is next wednsday afternoon. What happends if we don't got them in time?
I am little bit surprise that you don't send them by email. It would be much less stressful.

We generally offer a full refund or replacement ticket, this depends on the situation but we always work together with you to find the best solution.

Still now, we didn't recive nothing. No FedEx tracking number and of course no vouchers.
Our flight is wednesday.
