Wrong purchase

I just made the wrong purchase (the website auto adds two tickets and when we selected green we thought thats what we were buying)

Anyway. If we repurchase the correct tickets for the same 2 people but 14 day green instead of 7 day standard over the same time period, can you cancel/refund 100% the first purchase after proof of the replacement purchase?

It will depend a bit on the exact circumstances but we generally can offer a 100% refund as long as your tickets have not been dispatched yet.
